Maintenance+Plus Service Club
Maintenance+Plus Service Club is a preventive maintenance program for your heating and cooling system. Our expert technicians clean, inspect and tune up your system to make sure it is in proper working order for the upcoming season. We strongly believe that our Maintenance+Plus Service Club will pay for itself many times over in the reduction of repair costs and added longevity of your equipment.
Costs are determined by the type of equipment you have in your home. For homes with both heating and A/C, we recommend two service calls per year. For homes with heating system only, one visit per year is advised.
Members receive preferential scheduling and discounts on repair parts for service calls beyond the regularly scheduled maintenance. They also receive a discount on new system installations. Should you need service outside normal business hours, there is never an overtime charge. Benefits apply for the duration of the agreement (12 months from date of acceptance / initial payment).

We maintain accurate records of service and repair for better equipment management and warranty protection. Most major brands require annual maintenance performed by a licensed contractor in order to maintain manufacturer’s warranty.
- 10% Discount on Parts
Priority Service customers receive a 10% discount on parts for any service or repair work beyond the regular scheduled maintenance.
- 5% Discount on Installations
Maintenance+Plus Service customers receive a 5% discount on any new installation.
- Price Protection
Your Maintenance+Plus Service Club agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates of your agreement. Maintenance+Plus Service plans can be purchased for up to three years in advance with guaranteed price protection.
- Priority Scheduling
Should you need emergency service, Maintenance+Plus Service customers receive priority scheduling -- within 48 hours, even if booked out for 2 weeks for non-Maintenance+Plus Service customers.
NOTE: Your Maintenance+Plus Service Club agreement is NOT an insurance policy. The agreement provides for inspections and maintenance along with discounts on parts and services as described herein. We reserve the right to cancel or modify this program without notice.
